Komunikasi Organisasi di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Daerah (KPPD) Kota Yogyakarta
Abstract
Organizational communication is an important aspect that affects organizational performance.
The Yogyakarta City Regional Tax Service Office (KPPD) is a government agency that provides
services to the public related to the payment of motor vehicle tax (PKB). This study aims to
determine how organizational communication takes place in the Regional Tax Service Office
(KPPD) of Yogyakarta City. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The aspects studied
include communication patterns that take place in the KPPD of Yogyakarta City. The results of
the study indicate that effective communication has been well established among organizational
units/departments in the KPPD of Yogyakarta City. The flow of communication flows smoothly
using various media.
