dc.description | Regulation of the Minister of Health No. 75 of 2014 concerning Public Health Centers states that Public Health Efforts (UKM) are every activity to maintain and improve health and prevent and overcome health problems targeting families, groups and communities. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Preventing Non-Communicable Disease Prevention Program at Cangkringan Health Center, Sleman Regency. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Data collection is done by observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Indicator of research based on Sleman Regulation No. 49 of 2013 concerning Minimum Service Standards and BPJS MoU on cooperation with FKTP. The results of research on the implementation of prevention programs for non-communicable diseases have not been maximized. This happened due to problems with Resources, Communication, Disposition and Structure of the Bureaucracy. | en_US |
