| dc.description | This study aims to describe instituion development of Information and Communicatio Technologies by Office Pengolahan Data Telematika (KPDT) of Bantul Government. This study is conducted through qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection technique through: interviews, observation, and analyzing documents. The researcher uses the theory by Djunaedi (2006), that metamorfosis of information and communication technology institution generally are 3 type: A Type: centralitation; B Type: Distributed; C Type: Integrated.
The results show the institutional development of Information and Communication Technology by KPDT Bantul are in Type B: distributed. Here's some proof of the success of the ministry, Bantul, which awards: 1). Warta Ekonomi E-Government Award Nominee 10, 2004; 2). Depdagri Innovation Favorite website E-Government Award 2005; 3). Warta Ekonomi E-Government Award best website category of District 2008; 4). User Friendly on E-Government Award 2009; 5). Innovation in E-Government Website Award 2009; 6). Category "Averall Society" Development of e-government in 2012; 7). Category "Averall Society" Indonesia Digital Society Award (IDSA) Runner UP, 2014; 8). Highest rating first winning Performance Evaluation SKPD, 2015. | en_US |
