dc.descriptionThe research of e-ticketing acceptance with Tehnology Accaeptance Model in Yogyakarta flighting company has a purpose to find out the e-ticketing acceptance in air transportation users in Yogyakarta and the obstacle of implementation. This research has an advantage for flight company, especially in a relation with ticketing, and another aspect related to overcome the obstacle. The public policy analisys research that lay-theory included, with this silmpy quantitative method is supported by the questionnaire that distributed to the research sample in 100 air transportation users in Yogyakart. The result showed that in spite of the online reservation for airplane ticket is easy and beneficial, but the user acceptance for e-ticketing still very low (3%). Identified obstacle come from information system user. This research recommended for flight company that they need e-ticketing socialization by medias, and simplify the system so the air transportation user can understand easily. But for air transportation user, online ticket purchasing is very beneficial, beside they can get flight schedule information, check in web, schedule and transtie route, also able to monitor ticket price, so will be match with the demand.en_US
