IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN DISPENSASI IZIN MENDIRIKAN BANGUNAN (IMB) DI DINAS PENANAMAN MODAL DAN PELAYANAN PERIZINAN TERPADU (DPMPPT) KABUPATEN SLEMAN

Abstract

Dispensation for Building Conctruction License (IMB) is one of the innovation in license services in Office of Investment and Intergrated Licensing Service (DPMPPT) of Sleman Regency. The IMB Dispensation is a policy taken by regional regulation of Sleman Regency that contained in the Regent Regulation with the aim to provide convenience in the prodecures and requirements in managing IMB. The purpose of this policy is to increase the number of buildings that have an IMB. The techniques used in collecting data are: Observation, Interviews, and Literature Review. This research uses theory of implemation process by Franklin and Ripley. The next theory are from Mazmanian and Sabtier that used to see what factors are affecting policy. This research shows that the results of the implementation of the IMB dispensation policy are quite successful.
