dc.description.abstractGood governance analysis on the implementation of PATEN in Ngemplak District, Sleman Regency is still considered not optimal. The general public still often complains about the service process by government officials. A PATEN whose management process, from the application to the issuance of the document, is carried out in one place. This system makes the community members to only relate to the service counter desk clerk in the sub-district. When community members come to the sub-district office to carry out administrative services, there is no need to go to every officer with an interest, but there are still some community complaints about the implementation of PATEN. The purpose of this study was to determine good governance in the administration of PATEN in Ngemplak District, Sleman Regency and to determine the constraints of good governance in the implementation of PATEN in Ngemplak District, Sleman Regency. This study uses a qualitative method. To make it easier for the researchers in this study to use 4 (four) indicators as a measure, namely transparency, professionalism, service standards, also facilities and infrastructure.en_US
